Opening Shots

Now this isn't chapter one. if you want to think of it as anything this is a prologue to our story and an explanation (to further on the one that is on the left of the blog)

More or less this is where I will be posting the story I have taken to calling "Rose and Claws", as you can tell I am not a terribly imaginative individual but it is what it is.

For those who just stumbled on this and have no idea what is going on, this story is based after the plot of the Bandai Namco game Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, so theres the same characters, vehicles and locations as the ones we see in Strangereal. This is a work of fan-fiction, which means its not cannon and the standards are far lower then that of an actual game ~~yet still higher then anything EA has put out recently~~

For those who don't know who I am, I am u/AWACS_Bandog from reddit's r/AceCombat community. essentially all I do is shit-post and write this story. Its not much but it keeps me busy enough between actual life stuff.

The reason I took to using Blogger of all places is because its a tool i'm familiar with more or less. I'm admittedly a Luddite when it comes to the more mainstream fan-fiction tools.

All in all, I present the Prologue to our story Rose and Claws with the story I posted a month or so back on reddit titled

About Rose and Claws

When the war is done, whose left to pick up the pieces? Trigger, a newly minted war hero is left to answer these questions as the world slowly returns to its state of equilibrium. Working along side the rest of the scattered military forces following the events of Ace Combat 7. Fighter Jets, Military Politics, Princesses and awkward dialog, what's more to love?

First off I would like to say, Thank you for accidentally stumbling on this blog/story. I can't even say this is good work, just a story that was in my head that I had to write less it drive me up the actual wall.

I do not own any of the rights to Ace Combat or any of the aircraft/products/places/things/etc within this story. The rights belong to their respective owners. I'm just a fan with a really stupid fan-fiction I would like to share.

This is more or less a "Living Document" until I say otherwise. This means that at any given moment I may change around parts (If I do I will be sure to add 'patch notes'). So the story you read today, may not be the exact same as you read tomorrow. I'm inconsistent like that and for all the help I have received thus so far, theres still going to be continuity errors I won't catch until all the angry E-mails/Reddit comments arrive. I do have the basic layout so the grand story shouldn't change to drastically ~~because I am not JK Rowling~~
